Boxpi j. s. a.
("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, maintains, and discloses
information collected from users (each, a "User") of the Boxpi App mobile
application ("App"). This policy applies to the App and all products and
services offered by Boxpi j. s. a.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect personal and non-personal information from Users in a
variety of ways, which are detailed below.
A. Personal Data You Provide Voluntarily
This includes information that personally identifies you, such as:

Account Information: Name, email address, username,
password (collected during registration or account setup).

when contacting us for customer support or inquiries.

Billing / Payment Information: There are no in-app
purchases.
B. Data Collected Automatically
When you use the App, we automatically collect certain information:

Camera Access for Scanning: We require access to your
device’s camera to enable the core functionality of
scanning shipping labels. The App processes image data
locally on your device solely to extract label information (e.g.,
tracking numbers).
The original image, photo, or video stream is never recorded, stored
on our servers, or transmitted externally.

Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the
App (access times, features used, screens viewed, crashes, system
activity).

Device Information: Device type, operating system
version, unique device identifiers, IP address, mobile network
information, and app version.
2. How We Use the Collected Information

To Provide and Maintain the App: To deliver core
functionality, allow you to scan shipping labels, manage your account,
and provide related services.

crashes, troubleshoot issues, and improve features.

service announcements, security alerts, and support messages.

Boxpi j. s. a. will not sell your personal and sensitive user

performing services on our behalf (hosting, analytics, customer

- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

4. Third-Party Services / SDKs
The App does not use third-party services or SDKs.

User Right to Delete: You may request account and data
deletion by emailing
support@boxpi.com. We respond
within 30 days unless legal obligations apply.
6. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS/SSL, secure
servers, and access control. However, no system is 100% secure.
7. Children’s Privacy
The Boxpi App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do
not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be
posted on this page with an updated effective date.
